I created Savvy Woman Wellness after watching countless women — especially in midlife — do “everything right” and still feel confused, discouraged, and stuck.
What I saw again and again wasn’t a lack of discipline. It was a mismatch between standard advice and how women’s bodies actually respond to food, stress, hormones, and energy over time.
The Metabolic Reset & Rebalance program grew out of this work — not as a diet, but as a way to help women understand their bodies instead of fighting them, so that fat-loss, balanced hormones, increased energy, and a clear mind become possible.

Hi, I’m Marsha — believer, optimist, author, certified ketogenic nutrition consultant, metabolic health coach, researcher-at-heart, and a woman on her own healing journey.
Like many women, I’ve faced real struggles: persistent, debilitating fatigue, unexpected fat gain, and health setbacks that didn’t make sense—even when I was doing everything “right.”
I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, but I’ve spent years digging into the why behind modern health problems and have found powerful tools that work with the body, not against it. I focus on nourishment that stabilizes blood sugar, reduces metabolic stress, and supports hormonal balance.
I understand chronic issues like reactivated Epstein Bar Virus (EBV), Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, brain fog, fatigue, and stubborn excess body fat. I know how discouraging it can be to “do everything right” and still struggle. I can deeply relate to your frustrations and fears, because I've been there.
